>I don't usually post here, mostly just lurk and learn. Our club, the Adirondack Woodturners, was given an opportunity to set up a display of our work in a window in the arcade of Proctor's Theater in downtown Schenectady, NY for the next several months. Proctor's is a beautifully restored old fashioned theater which will be undergoing a major expansion and upgrade over the next few years. We installed this display on Monday in a display window usually occupied by our local Designer Craft Council, a group of highly skilled crafters and we thank them very much for this wonderful opportunity. We are also rather lucky in that this is the beginning of Proctor's busy show season so we should get a lot of traffic and exposure.
Sorry for the photo quality-took it through glass with a cheap camera. Thanks for looking,
>Keith, thanks for the compliment. I tried to get the info in the news letter so everybody had a chance to put something in but it didn't make it. Sure would have liked to get one of your beauties in there! I think we did okay though.
