>I'm only going to use it for smaller stuff? I was thinking the smaller wheels would be better than the home made version (like Dominic's) using larger wheels. The Oneway wheels look fairly large too (nice design though). I turn spoons, furniture legs, etc. Thanks for the help.

>you could try the inline skate wheels, even roller skate wheels. They give a little, which is a nice feature. Dom's as well as my steady use the larger scooter wheels.

>Long spindles? Furnature legs? The Oneway is much better. The wider wheels will mark up the wood ALOT less than the small bearings of the Woodcraft rest. In addition, the Oneway almost centers itself while the 3-wheel one has to be futzed with more.

>Tried it, returned it. I was using it to turn a cane. The "arms" could not be locked down reasonably and tended to slip and wander under slight vibration. Wheels left dents as they are metal. Not intended for larger stuff. May be good for spoons.
