My opinion of a used chainsaw is that the new price was cut in half when the guy took it home and used it for the 1st time.

There is a 41 on E-Bay with the current price at $30. That should give you some idea of its value.

The Husky 41 with the 16" bar was a "light weight" saw that sold new for less than $200, and the 141 that replaces it is also less than $200 if you shop around.

I hate to admit it in this forum, but I have a POO-LAN with a 20" bar the works pretty well for as little as I do with wood from logs.
