Take my advise go buy an old used microwave for the shop,it`ll warm your coffee and muffins if nothing else.Don`t ever mention the large mammmal thing to her either.No matter how small that garage sale microwave may be,it won`t fit thru the doghouse door.;^)

however the moisture in the chamber is not off-gassed, so I pull piece out and let sit for 20-30 minutes until it is cool --- then re-heat again.

using this technique, the wood does not check or split as much --- and i've not experienced any possible fires. the microwave chamber is not effected by the wood in any way ---

Welcome to the group, contribute when you can, and forgive us our trespasses. This site is a slice of life. We have to take some bad with the greater amount of good that comes from this group. These are real people. As such, nobody is perfect. Sometimes things get a little "off color".

As the moderator of this forum, if I were to remove every message that could even be remotely sensitive to someone, was off topic, or that I didn't agree with, there would be very few messages left. If you really want to be offended, I can recommend some other forums that will do a much better job than this one.
