>Steve for those of us lucky enough to live near a park or wooded area and who deal with these little lock picking, can opening, acrobats.....it is funny!.....I've learned that a spray bottle of ammonia works wonders after tossing a bag of garbage into the can. A few sprays on the outside of the bags, put the lid on and they won't touch them.
