We have found a couple of "scratch" models that went very LOW. It is in Nashville. Contact Terry Daniel who is always on this bulletin board. He deals with the Nashville folks a bunch and can give you the story.

By the way, where are you in Maine. I vacation in Stonington and stopped in to visit Dave Lancaster's shop. Also know Jacques V.... My dream is to retire there.

and tell him what you are looking for. I bought my Powermatic 3520 from him two plus years ago. I think it is a very good lathe and Jim Ford and Bob Abbott, the store manager are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

If the lathes were shipped to the store and you picked them up, you might save on shipping and in NH there is no sales tax.
