>The customer wanted the rifle on the third pen from the right.

I wasn't sure if I could get a rifle on that one so I gace him a second choice.HE selected the Euros.

I think the Euro style is an"elegant " style and the rifle doen't really fir it.

What do I know?

I offered to change the clip if he wasn't satisfied but he wanted it on anyway.

>What you know is that the customer is always right, or at least most of the time. I have made some pretty tasteless things in the past, but if it fits their taste, who am I to complain? I am in the middle of turning a truly hideous bowl for a customer who specified its shape quite specifically.

>Been my experience is the customer is NEVER right.

I had a store in Key West and proudly displayed a sign that said that.

Of course that isn't true if I am the customer.

I guess It's more appropriate to say

"the BUYER is always right"

A shopper isn't a customer until the money is in you hand!
