Jet Cartridge DC Question

>I recently bought a Jet cartridge filter retro-fit kit for my 2hp DC. It included the ring, cartridge filter, plastic bottom bags, and retainer ring for the bags. The increased throughput is fantastic! With a 3ft length to my bandsaw, its now totally dust-free. The longer runs to my lathe stations are also great.
However, I have noticed that the cyclone effect in the plastic bag really whips the dust & shavings around. So much so that the bag develops pin holes (which dust leaks out of). Anyone else have this problem?
