>I'm entertaining the idea of getting an after market drive center to replace the wimpy one that came with my PM3520A. I'm thinking of getting one with only 2 spurs to use on larger bowls.
At Bestwoodtools site, I saw they have some that fit into the jaws of your chuck. Anyone use these? Like'em, don't like'em?
What are your recommendations for a new drive center?

>I have one and it works real good when turning natural edge bowls it makes it a lot easier when trying to get the grain the way you want it. If something happened to mine I would put one on order the same day....

>Since I bought the one which fits my Talon chuck, I haven't used any other drive center at all. The two flute is perfect for the turning I do. Every bowl has been started using it. When I demo'ed at the club, several members expressed an interest is getting one. It is money well spent.

>I have the Bestwood and use it whenever possible. I really holds on green and dry blanks. Great for between centers on natural edge blanks. I also would order another if this were lost.
