"OT" Opening Art Gallery on NC/SC line

>Hi All,
I am opening an art gallery on Landrum, SC. Also close to Tryon - Hendersonville NC, Spartanburg - Greenville SC and relatively close to Charlotte, NC. I am a turner however, working the bill paying job and the store opening, I don't have time to start or finish any work.
We own the building. 6000 sf with 3 floors. 2nd floor is arts and crafts and working artist studio's. With the main street windows currently reserved for artist work. All arts and crafts are welcome for review: wood, metal, fabric, paint and glass. We wood really like to get some turning from WC users. I see some really great work here.
The split is 70/30. Since my wife and I are artists, we think it's a fair ask. We always hated the 60/40 and more recently 50/50.
