>went looking a lotts today for new home in south jersey.
walked in to a 5 ac lot and found its vergin grouth and almost every maple and some okes have large berrals on them ..If I buy the lot you can bet I do the cutting befor the contractor gots to wook.. if i don't buy it i asked the owner if i could clear some thees for him...he said it would depend on what i charge..?
