Sent the husband to Curly Woods, and he was lucky enough to show up on a day that they were having a sale. He came home with two large bowl blanks of myrtle, a 4" thick board of curly big leaf maple, and a big leaf maple burl. A very successful business trip IMO!
Now if I can ever figure out the digital camera and sizing, maybe someday I'll post some pictures.
