>Thanks to John Lucas, we have some very nice shots of people and pieces at the recent AAW Symposium in Orlando, Florida. Looks like they got out of there just in time.

Anyhow, please check out our report when you get the chance. I was not able to attend the conference personally, so my story line is a bit thin, based mostly on a long chat with Mary Lacer. You are welcome to send me additional photos and/or anecdotes about the show if the spirit moves you.

Cheers,

>Many thanks John, I had the pleasure of visiting the gallery but your photos of the pieces are outstanding in their own right. Those of you who couldn't get to Orlando, sit back and enjoy John's gift. No sore feet, no searching for a parking space and when memories fade, you can refresh them. The 'turnings' were awesome. Blame them for

my doggerel to the tune of "Tipperary".

It's a long way from Bodgers and pole lathes

It's a long way from there

Goodbye to bowls and candle sticks

Hello rip and tear

It's a long long way from our beginnings

But we came from there!

Forgive me John, Arch

>That sure brought back memories! That was a lot of fun, and I got to meet a lot of people, including John Lucas. Hi John, great photos....but where is a shot of your fertility experiment?
