You might try Cleartec, They are a company that sells plastic tubes. One of the guys at the Freedom Pens Project hooked up with them for tubes to ship the pens in. The link below is for their heavy walled tubes which I think might be perfect for what you are looking for. I'm not sure if they sell direct or just in bulk but they can point you to a source for buying them if they don't do retail.
