I've got three logs of holly, 16-18 inches in diameter and 30 or so inches long sitting on end to spalt and another 12 inch diameter by 30 or so that has at least 10-15 branch nubs sticking out waiting for me to get to. Then there is the crotch piece. Three major branches coming out of a 14 inch trunk line. That can't become much?!
