>I got the Grizzly 14 Bandsaw and riser block kit about December of last year, and for me it was a step up from a Craftsman, I use it everyday, and I haven't had any problem with tension of the blade at all, I have a Timberwolf and 2 Olson blades, I use the timerwolf for making blanks and the other two for Intarsia and bandsaw boxes...it surely seems like a good machine...I was skepitical due to the Chiense thing myself, but only heard good comments on the saw, so gave it a chance, and it surely is holding up well, I have no problems or complaints, as a matter of fact, I purchased a drum sander from Grizzly only about 3 weeks ago and it works fine also...I myself, just couldn't justify the extra money for the Jet or Delta..if you do get a Grizzly if I had one complaint it would be that there is no instruction for the riser block, it is of course self explantory to install the block, but they don't tell you how to adjust the blade from 92 1/2 inches to 105 to be able to tension the blade, I did email Grizzly and they emailed me insturctions back, and worked fine ...took only a few minutes to adjust....that is my Grizzly 2 cents worth...Dennis
