help finding a cutlery supplier?

>I'm working on making a matched set of my cutting board, bowl, and knife handle but am having trouble finding the cutlery blade to go with it. The Craft Supplies catalog has kitchenware but not the knife I'm looking for. I need a good thick meat slicing blade.
