>About a month ago, there was an article in one of the common monthly magazines. I want to say that it was either AW or Woodworkers Journal. They even had a couple patterns. I was dissapointed that there were no jerkbaits included. If anyone turns walleye or musky jerkbaits, let me know I would love to discuss.

>Lund- I have been turning striper and wiper lures for years. But I can make them faster than I lose them with the lack of fishing time these last 2 yrs!

>Hey Ezekiel, you hit on a topic close to home. I've been making these things since high school. I would find a commercial lure you like and copy it. I used to test mine in the bathtub when I was a kid to make sure they were balanced.

I plan to make a tackle-box filled with turned lures as a special gift to my grandson......I'll post when finished.

the sky is the limit for finishing; an airbrush would be great. good luck, it will be fun.
