It wasn't necessarily the 55 age that got all this started. It was aging in general. Women reaching a certain age and having the desire to have children or worrying about getting too old to have children. Men also have this urge but it doesn't get as much press of course. Then there's infertility in general. I'm also looking at simpler things like just not being able to do the things you could do when you were young. I guess I should have sand Fertility AND aging not implying infertility because of aging. Of course that's why I hang around woodturners. At 55 I'm still the young kid on the block. Accept for you and a few others of course.

>Not that much behind you, my friend! It used to be that I was often the youngest person in a room, so it is now a weird feeling to be the oldest one. I think I first became conscious of it when I was doing some work for Amazon a few years ago, and realized that, except for my partner, I was the oldest person in the BUILDING.

Mike and I are just staying in touch with our ancestors. I don't know about Mike but I'll often drive my car 10 miles so I can ride my bike. I get tired of riding the same roads close to my home.
