Wood sources in/near Fredericksburg, VA

I just moved to Fredericksburg area and was wondering if there were any good lumber sources/woodworking atores nearby. I found the Woodcraft in Richmond, only 1 hour away (I was 2 hours away the last place I lived) and I know there is another one in the Alexandria area. Any help would be appreciated. I have a great two car garage at this house that I have the run of so I just need to install some good lighting and put in some more outlets and I will be up and running. Thanks in advance.

This is Bob in Va.

There is a Woodcraft store in Springfield just up 95 a bit. I would bet it is less than an hour from you.

If you are looking for some turning wood right away, I am trying to get rid of the remains of a tree that was left in our church parking lot. It looks like Maple, but there has been a bit of discussion among some of the guys who came to pick some up about whether it was maple or not. No one had a better guess, so we are sticking with Maple.
