>What seems to be the most popular software (reasonably priced of course) for manipulating digital pictures. Some of those Adobe brand programs will break the bank..... Looking for the best under $100. NOTE: Ease of use (learning curve) is important due to the fact that I do not like to sit at the computer for hours when I could be turning.

>JASC Paint Shop Pro. I got the 10th Anneversary Edition from their eBay store site for $29+shipping. Normally $109 last year. They had several for sale. Look at their Corp. Web site for the rundown on their products.

Photoshop Elements is great. I use photoshop 7 and got a copy of Elements with my new camera. I played with it a while and it is a really powerful tool for manipulating photos. I haven't checked the prices but think it's around $90 or less

>I'm a new user of Adobe's Photoshop Elements 2.0 and Album. Try Amazon. I got both programs for a bout $87.00 and there is a $30.00 rebate. I'm pretty sure the program will do anything I need to do with digital photos. I'm sure you will, too.
