That's mighty purty. I like lace wood myself. It makes really nice mirrors and they are lighter in weight than a lot of woods.

To answer, I'm a total novice! I feel like an impostor half of the time when I post a picture of a turning. I doubt I'd ever be good enough to be considered a real turner.

Additionally, I have a pretty comfy income as a serf in the employ of the central government. I doubt I could make 5% of my annual salary if I devoted 8 hours a day to turning. I'd worry, too, that if it ever became I job I wouldn't enjoy it.

But your words were extremely flattering and inspire me to push myself futher. Thank you.
