>I have a friend that wanted a couple of click pens. I got the one's from CS and turned them and assembled them, no problem. Them mechanisims are balky. They will work fine for a couple fo clicks and then won't retract. Is there an adjustment that I'm not aware of?

>Joel,

I always squirt a bit of silicone spray into the clicking mechanism and that seems to solve that sticking problem most of the time. Sometimes, there's a slight irregularity in the nib opening - try cleaing that out with a small file to make sure it is smooth, just don't sand any plating off you can see.
