>Which CA glue are you using? I've been scrolling corian, and the thicker CA glue sticks it fast. Fellow at the countertop shop says CA glue is just a bit different than what they use, and he wasn't surprised that it worked well for me.

Also...a 3" thick piece of corian is going to be heavy. If you want to turn a bowl from it, I'd recommend glueing rings together....

I use thick CA to do my pens (see my Yahoo album below for a pieced-together pen). I have also used poly glue, to glue larger pieces together, to make an oil lamp about 4.5" tall, by about 5.5" wide, and it worked fine. I think to use the CA, you need to slightly roughen the corian so it's not polished like glass. I usually use 320 grit paper, just a couple of swipes with it.
