Oneway mini jumbo jaws on Supernova chuck?

>Has anybody used a Oneway mini jumbo jaws on a Supernova chuck? If so what is the maximum contracting width that you can rechuck for finishing the bottom of a bowl? I have a supernova coles jaw that maxs at 7 inches. The Oneway (used on the Oneway chuck is 8 inches). I'd like to get that extra inch if i can. I'm limited to a mini jaws because I only have a Delta midi lathe?

>Yes, I have been using the Oneway mini-Jumbo jaws on my SuperNova for about a year, and they work great and run true.

I will try and remember to measure for you at lunch.

>Measured - using the standard Oneway black bumpers, you can compression clamp a bowl just a touch over 8". At full expansion, the bumpers will just clear the bed on my Jet Mini.

If you used something other than the standard Oneway black rubber bumpers, you could possibly go as big as 8.5".

>Thanks Mark. It's just the information I needed. It was great of you to take the time to measure your jaws. I can go ahead & order with confidence.
