If all you need is the remote On/Off switch like I wanted and made for my General 26020VD when I had it, it is easy and dirt cheap to do... No high voltages are touched, safe to do with a minimum of electronic knowledge... I made it for far less than 10$ and 10$CAN that is!
The wiring is done in the side On/Off switch wiring box on the front under the bed. No holes to make, you use the one already under the bed that brings the wire out in the back, you add a magnet to the small enclosure you use for the two switches and voil�!
