Drive Pulley min Size?

>I have a PM45 which has a minimum speed of 600rpm. I was thinking of changing the drive pully to a smaller one to slow the speed down. Right now max is 3000rpm. Is there a minimum diameter pully that I can use with the size (width) of the belt OEM? If it can be changed who would be a good source?
