>Unless you are doing precision sawing (making blanks and rough resawing is not) or doing production work, you are wasting your money on Timberwoolf blades @ $40 a pop. The generic woodcraft blades work fine, last a long time and @$11 don't make you cry if you run into a nail or other hard object when sawing up harvested wood.

Good advice from John. Call Suffolk and tell them what you want to do. They will recommend a blade that will fit your requirements. My resawing Timberwolf blades are 124 lg, 1/2" 3 tpi and cost $24. I use an LT16

They have quick service and are very helpful over the phone. I use 133 in. blades on my 18in. Jet and use the 3/4 in for re-sawing with excellent results.
