>I just finished turning a walnut candy dish. It turned up really well. It was a piece of crotch I cut earlier in the summer.
What made it really nice is Russ Fairfield's Deft techinque.
I used the paper towels as he describes in his "Corner" in the articles on finishing techniques.
It worked just as he described. I have a glass smooth, Semi-Gloss, flawless finish. It really turned out well.
