Clean and polish items

It is an organized event at our church for various crafts and artists within the church. The youth group is organizing the whole thing. Kinda cool.
Anyway, I need tips on how to clean and polish fingerprints and the like from the pieces I'm choosing to bring.
A couple of these are Tung Oil finished but most are paste wax finished - some over a sealer. I just want them to have a nice sheen and be free of fingerprints and smudges. I figure I'll have to wipe them down from time to time as I want people to handle them.
I have some furniture polish as well as some Murphy's Oil soap I could try for the cleaning and follow that with a light paste wax re-finish. But would that be safe?
Any suggestions are always appreciated. In the mean time, I'll go start re-reading through Russ's corner.
