annoyed at Oneway quality

I just got a Oneway steady rest. It wasn't very steady because two of the wheels were severly out of round and the whole assembly shook in use. At considerable effort I made a mandrel to enable the wheels to be trued(I couldn't wait another 3 weeks for parts). I was particularly annoyed because I didn't have time to make one but had to make time to fix the pricy one from Oneway.
