new lathe is in place and works!

keith zimmerman, Normal IL

>My NEW Jet VS Mini is now in it's new home in my apartment "studio" and it works! I am very pleased with it. I was even able to turn a small bowl today.

I still have to get my grinder/wolverine setup in and all will be good.

D**N, it feels good to turn wood again.

>Excellent! Now you have two problems.

1) The work area is too empty, clutter it up!

2) You aren't turning, get going. =o)

Seriously, enjoy and use it well.

Good For You

John McAtee - Shrewsbury, MA

>Good for you, Keith. Glad to see you're up and running. BTW, my first (small) workshop was in an apartment closet in Bloomington, IL. That small shop grew into one that mostly filled the basement of a house in Normal that we later moved into.

Best regards,

John

>Small world John.

This "studio" in my apartment is a replacement for the shop that I had out in the country.
