>New to turning about 3 months now on a Jet mini lathe. I will try to post a pic of my favorite thing so far. I think the wood is Oak some where between spalted and dry rotted. Was fun to turn.It is about 7in tall and 3in in dia, 3 coats of Deft semi gloss cut 50/50 with thinner. Comments are welcome
