Lighting Solution!

>I just posted this in repsonse to something Dominic said about lighting around my lathe, but I thought I'd post it up here for all to read. I've been reading all the posts about lighting that I could, thumbing catalogs, trying to decide how to light the area around the VB. I looked at stuff that was going to cost me both legs, and an arm - Moffit lamps, Grizzly halogen stuff, and on and on... But, my parents happened to be in Linin's (sp?) & Things, of all places, and found a floor lamp and a desk lamp for the huge price of nine dollars, for both! The lamps are just a normal, interior type of floor lamp, with a nice, stiff flexible arm that holds the socket. Anyway, these floor lamps have been great! They get in the way, I just move 'em. When I need 'em, I can put them right where I need them, w/plenty of adjustment in the flexible arm. Find ya' a good, cheap floor lamp - it works great!
