Cheap 1'X8tpi 3" face plates.

>I had occasion to order a small replacement part for my Jet Mini lathe on Monday, and while talking to the Jet customer service rep, and looking at the exploded view of the lathe, I asked, "How much do you charge for part number JWL-2 (the 3" face plate)?". He says "$10.30" Highland Hardware (as much as I love them) sell the same part for $19. Since I was already paying some shipping and handling for the other part, I ordered another couple faceplates.
I already have 3-4 of these, as well as a couple of Delta face plates, and some Read Tool hubs and 3" & 4" faceplates.
I like the Jet about as well as any - especially for the price.
Just thought I would pass it on.
