>I may need to replace a 1 hp 3 phase motor in this lathe. Does anyone know of a compatible replacement? If not, does anyone know what size shaft the factory motor uses and what the mounting plate bolt spacing is? Also, what the factory motor rpm is? TIA

Another option, if the motor is still good is to buy a Variable Frequency Drive. It will power your motor with single phase 220v and give you variable speed to boot. You can buy them new for as little as $250. You can find them on ebay for much less although I haven't tried that yet.

I think it is. I'm not familiar with that model but you can usually get information from the manufacturers on programming and such. You will probably need a little electronic background to hook it up. It's not difficult. A friend payed a local motor repair place to install his.
I've installed 2 and so far been lucky that they worked perfectly. The nice thing about learning the programming is you can adjust the electronic braking and acceleration to your desires.
