Panty Hose

>Tonight I was turning some Black Locust tea lights. I haven't spindle turned in a long time. Almost forgot how to hold a skew.
Anyway, the wood was beautiful. Full of color and figure. I sanded it to 600 and put the grocery bag on it. It looked great.
I am retired military and got to thinking, I got my flight boots looking pretty good with panty hose.
In the house I went. My wife just threw panty hose out. I grabbed it and went back to the lathe.
I made sure it wasn't wrapped around my fingers and it would pull free if it snagged. It did snag once and pulled free. Panty hose are strong so be careful.
I buffed the tea lights and did they look nice.
Has anyone else tried this? I might be on to something!!!
