Well, it’s fuzzy. Beyond that, the top rail on the door is wider (top to bottom) than the bottom rail. Should be other way round, or maybe someone mounted door upside down.

wider stile is on top of the door. May be the whole case is upside down. The picture is so poor it is hard to tell any details.

The whole cabinet is upside down. It also might be a fake paint job. Years ago guys like to add fake wear to painted surfaces They got so good at it that the customers came to expect it.

never mind, now that I can see a bigger picture (phone picture was tiny), I can see that the hinge isn't mismatched, it's just two different types.

I don't know about these boxes. I don't know what it is supposed to look like where it is painted and not. Is it simply displayed upside down or did the paint job turn it upside down?
