Pemuvar planes?

I "acquired" a Pemuvar P44 last night. It looks like a clone of the Record 044, with a few differences. Depth stop is missing, and so are the rods, but nothing to keep it from becoming a user plane, and the price was right.

It is made in England, and the link below has a picture of it (mine only has one cutter, and no box), but info on this company seems scarce.

Anyone has more info?
