>Mambas are an amazing snake. I saw this video of a bowhunter who found himself in a pillbox in SA with a Mamba. Neither seemed too thrilled about the other's presence. The Mamba was more agile than any other snake I have seem filmed or in life. It went straight vertical almost it's full length with very little in the way of a coil for base. Most extraordinary manouver I have ever seen from a snake. Unfortunately/understandably they shot it.
