>Well said, Rob. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

I know that the flak some take for posting their opinions is certain and swift--but the posting isn't done for anyone's financial enrichment.

Which makes the flak all the worse, really. It would *almost* be justifiable if shilling really was going on [and the opinions were false or unsubstantiated]. There are a few people who have made the decision not to post reviews and opinion due to the stress involved with the inevitable aftermath. Tis a pity for most of us, really, that a handful can be so bent on stirring up negative emotion.

I once was accused in email for being a LV shill, including a demand I disclose any financial or gratuitous gain. Even when I disclosed to this individual I actually owned more LN planes the problem persisted.

Well, lunch is over. Take care, Mike

>Hi Rob,

I am glad you find the time out of your busy workday to make time for us. Also glad your company takes the time to make new innovative tools at a great price as it keeps the market competitive and helps the end user spend money

As you know, I along with some others aren't "fans" of the reviews which show up the same time a new tool is released and I can't change that. If we were all the same this would be a pretty boring planet.

Have a Nice Long Weekend

>Thanks Rob! This is the 3rd. time you're manufacturing an item over my suggestion. On the other hand, this is no brainer. (I mean the lefty version of this plane.) What other tool manufacturer gives this kind of opportunity to their customers? I feel very lucky. Like as I said, keep them coming and keep doing what you've been doing.

I'll be waiting 'til January and welcome the other newcomers scheduled before x-mas, right?
