What I do

>I would mark out the radius with a sharpie pen and grind to 90 degrees. Then set your bevel and grind to that. Cool the blade in water frequently (it should never get too hot to touch). Use a pink or white wheel. Good luck.

>Personally, I use the side of the grinding wheel and work freehand. It's not difficult, although you might want to practice with a sacrificial chisel if you really like the slick. Use a light touch so you don't burn the edges. Then hone. Honing the radiused edge is much easier than honing a flat edge precisely beacuse you don't need to maintain a flat plane across the edge.
