Inshave advice

Anyway...
I am looking to get an inshave. The 3 sources I have found (and who I recognize) are Lee Valley, Joel at toolsforworkingwood.com and European Handtools in Winnipeg. Not sure who makes the one LV offers but Joel offers one by Ray Illes and I can get a Two Cherries from EHT. Does anyone out there have one (or more) of these and care to comment on them? Edge retention? How keen can you get the edge? Ergonomics? Other sources of a decent tool that won't break the bank?
I know Ray Illes and Two Cherries are well respected for other tools they offer. Don't have a clue about the Lee Valley one. (Rob, care to let us know something about it?). Living in true Old Tool H*ll (unlike the fantasty land of Mr. Hughes), finding one in the wild is not likely for me.
Thanks for your help,
