the No. 130 double ended block is a decent little user..regular angle block and sort of a good bullnose all wrapped up in one...handy to have around but there are some better choices...
Whitmore..I don't know..rule of thumb though for manufacturers:if it's got a two piece lateral it was made by Stanley
if it's a "V" or "U" shape probably Sargent
if one 90 degree twist like an "L"..MIllers Falls
if a one twist single horizontal to vertical..probably Union
not always the case but true 85% of the time
