>I called yesterday (i believe) and they said they still had no information on it. The customer service area seems to need a part in order to take an advance order and the fact that they don't have one yet (as they DO for the new sharpening jig) leads me to believe that these won't be available in the catalogue coming out on may 23 -- they say they are working on getting out the scrub plane now and not the new smoother.... rob?

Don't think so

Eric Hedberg

>I've asked in the past about this and its my understanding they are not set up to handle preorders. They are good about posting things on the "What's new" page as soon as they're ready to ship though. They make a good size production run so unless you're slow on the trigger or miss the inevitable hint from Mr. Lee, I doubt you'll have a problem getting one (unless I beat you to it ;-). Eric

Smoothing out business relations eh?

>I would hope that he takes a high angle rather than low angle approach. Eric (Who better be careful or he'll be in deep chips)
