>I think it is generally good. My impression is that they're pretty customer focused. (I own an early DR bushwhacker-mower rig, but have only talked with their customer support once. I guess that is a positive statement, I have never needed to talk with them.)

They do a lot of seasononal hiring because their products have deep seasonal demand cycles. People who work there a short time and are layed off certainly shouldn't be expected to have a lot of company loyalty, but they usually do. That has always struck me as peculiar, in a good way.
