>Scary Sharp works fine, or 3m lapping or finishing film (lately). I take a few strokes on a very worn coarse DMT stone to get the burr, then 15, 5, .5, .3 micron, or the usual SS grits.
I do recommend breaking the edges on the blade - they are sharp enough to function nicely as a 90 degree scraper.
