Very nice!

>That looks like a wee bit 'o heaven. I'd like to see a picture of where you store your braces. Is is simply a cabinet with wide doors or are the doors stacked one over the other?

I am especially envious of the hockey rink and possiblilty of trout.

Thanks for sharing,

>Lights are a little over the top but if you got a glass front till you've got to put a light in it.

Just find a spot away from, or at least perpendicular to your TS

Re: Tool Cabinet Closed

Kevin French, Antrim NH

>This is a cabinet that was give to us by a friend of my wifes. It was her Dad's. He had abused it, cut the corner off the top crown molding, screwed a coat hook on each door panel uncentered, and cut the molding between the doors to mount a hasp. Ther was no way this piece was going to be good enough to put in the house, but is a class piece for the shop.

>I use the bottom drawers for sharpening jigs and other hand tools. In the cabinet area (b,to t) Circular saw blades, and sheet sand paper.

Plate Glass set for Scary Sharpe, Dremel and router bits, and ROS disks.

More SS plates more sandpaper and other small boxed tools. Need to add a shelf here.

Top two shelves, Sanders and other power tools

Re: pond

Kevin French, Antrim NH

>The pond is supposed to be 28' deep, The previous owners had put trout in it but I didn't see anything rising last summer. might be too warm for them. The deep area is not big, the picture shows about the middle 1/3 of the pond and it's about 7' there.

It's spring fed and during the dry spell there was no water leaving the outlet and the water got cloudy.

Next year I'm going to check the temps on the bottom. I want to stock it withsomething.

>The shop is 27 x 27 but has a 6 x 3 1/2' 4 flue, chimney base in the middle of it. There is a wood stove down here but haven't had to use it

The table is one I found and after I remove the greenish/blue or is bluish/green paint it's Oak with a Maple top that will be a sewing table for SWMBO

That's a good excuse, if you can get away with it. I won't tell if you won't, but that I've repaired and restored more than one armoire in much worse shape than that one, and had them returned to the customers' homes. I'm sure there are several others who frequent WoodCentral, probably yourself included, who have the skills and tools to do completely acceptable restorations for damages of that type. Hopefully, she won't think a lot about why you really have all those great tools down there :^)

If you'd like to email me a little more narrative, I'll post it to ShopTours.org which is where the Official WoodCentral Shop Tours are stored along with many others from the old BP days.

Thanks, but....

>That's just too nice a piece for my shop. Heck, SWMBO'd might get to thinking I would produce work like that! Well, she would be happy if I produced anything from the shop but that's another story....

>First of all that's where it can from, right out from between the seats when I left.

At my old place, I stored my hiking chop in it out in the barn and sometime used it as a Cache along a hiking trail chained to a tree. It has the threaded loop on it so it can be scured it.

Right now it in between uses.
