>I remember him and it seems like we did somthing to piss him off. It was a shame as I liked his post also. Some sort of flap about using alises I think?

>I can't remember anything involving Moderator action with Bob. I do remember the alias thread, but it wasn't any big deal, so I'd be surprised if anyone left over it.

>I have digressed to rust hunting and vacations instead of working. But last night I did put a couple hours of quality time in with the trusty 45. I need to prioritize and bet back to working instead of playing. Some one needs to do a search for Bob and send him an e-mail to stop in.

>Chico ... I'll send you a longer response via email. Furniture building is going fine but I'm getting ready to move from my current, rented shop to something a little:

A. Cheaper

-- or --

B. Smaller (less than 100 sq. feet)

I remember thinking about Joe Rogers working in a little 10x10 shed and thinking "... poor guy, that must really be cramped ... ". You know the old saying about walking in another's shoes; I'm likely going to find out just how tight those shoes are.

Maybe someday I'll build the dream workshop, but that's not in the cards right now .... rj

Hi RJ...I did NOT receive your e-mail!

HC Sakman

>Please try again, OK? It's sakman@shaw.ca in case you sent it to one of my old addresses.

Take Care,

Chico...

The little tiny shop

Bill Houghton, Sebastopol, CA

>Planning is important, and laying out the shop so that long pieces can run out the door. One thing I did that helped was to hinge the door so it opened OUT.

Also, it (would) help to be very very firm about junk - nothing stays in unless it's functional. Ha! right!
