Honestly don't see how the saw could be assembled 5 degrees off, but maybe the upsophant or fedexopotamus sat on it in transit.
If you call/email the order department (probably got a confirmation mail from J., right?), she'll likely have a replacement headed your way before you hang up; they will also likely cover shipping back.
